ABOUT US
It all started when Mark Jr. wanted to use the Ironmen logo/name for a three man beginners paintball tournament in March 2021. Michael Baird, one of the original members of the Ironmen, suggested that he name his team The Hermans, which is the name of the skull logo on the iconic Ironmen patch.

The Ironmen is one of the most iconic teams to ever play the sport of paintball. They have a long tradition of winning tournaments around the world and helped shape the way the sport is played today.
MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of THE HERMANS is to grow and promote the sport of paintball by developing a sports program for children of all ages and backgrounds.
The organization's purpose is to foster the following:
To teach the rules, regulations, and skills of the sport of paintball
To educate and inform the public regarding the benefits to be derived from the sport of paintball
To encourage good sportsmanship, fair play, teamwork and cooperation
To build self-esteem and instill confidence
To promote and advance participation in the growth and development of the sport of paintball
To encourage and assist amateur athletes with participation in competitions
✓Tax-exempt status as 501(c)3 non-profit organization
